My mom loves them!

My mom started exercising last year in the pool, she’s been super pumped and soon started to feel she needed to be challenged a bit more. So I got her this and she is IN LOVE. All the other women in the pool asked her where she got them, nobody knew these existed!!! Anyways she loves that she’s able to start with low weight and the add more in the future. They are easy to change (at least for my mom, I never figured out how she added the weights back on the strap. It’s the only design issue I found but it’s because of the stiffness of the part where the strap starts vs the very thin hole on the weights so they are not bulky), fully waterproof and they not only look high quality… they actually ARE excellent quality.

Tone your arms

I love these! I’ve been unable to work out or lift greater than ten pounds. I just put them on and wear them all day doing random arm exercises. I like that they are adjustable as I have tiny wrists.

Perfect for slowly increasing weight

I love these. They are also water proof as I use them in the hot tub! They have made a difference in my leg definition! I also have the wrist ones and love them just as much!

Wrist Weights

These weights are comfortable to wear. They are adjustable to how tight or loose you prefer to wear them. They stay on super easily while running or jogging on my elliptical. Not too heavy but perfect enough to give a little extra weight to your arms. I believe these could fit around your ankles as well. They're made really well and I can tell they will last a while. I had the neoprene kind that was filled with sand and those ended up getting a hole and leaking the sand out everywhere. I like that these are a silicone weight.

Love the weight but the strap cuts into the flesh a bit. Have to wear long socks. Still a great buy.
