My daughter is 16 months and has lung problems, this is definitely a game changer for us!! Super easy to read. I thought her fingers might be too small but not the case her middle finger fits perfect!! I actually bought two so I have one in our med bag I leave in the car, just incase!!

Great for oximetry for the price, not so sure about pulse rate.

A recent hospital stay gave me an opportunity to compare with the clinical devices used there. SPO2 (oxygen saturation) measurements compared well for accuracy and consistency. Pulse rate measurements are not so great, jumping widely in value from moment to moment and between fingers and arms. This may be unfair though because I do have a benign arrhythmia that confuses several models of hospital monitors also.

Wrong selection. Waste of money. It shows wrong pulse rate at all times which is life threatening. Return opted over phone but refused by Customer care since item is not returnsble. Its worst conditon. Since i am affordable bought one more. If anybody use the purchase one its risky. Fit to file in consumer court. Yet to decide

Works well most of the time

Observations: 1) It works most of the time (with fat fingers), but fails to do so if your fingers are quite thin. 2) I totally like that it comes with batteries and a silicon cover ! 3) The screen looks archaic, but does the job. Given that you can find cheaper ones on the internet which have a LCD graphical display. 4) Overall, it's a good product
