It works!
I can’t be without this tape. I use it for so many things! This is the second time i’ve bought this tape. The first one was thicker. Although someone else like it so much they “borrowed” it and I never saw it again.

Easy to tear. Easy to stick. Easy to remove
This works. Have used it behind the TV to put up bias lights. It was very easy to tear, and very easy to stick on. None of the pieces have fallen off. Everything is in place.

Great tape
Definitely not using this for its intended purpose, but it works great in the variety of ways I have used it.

Used instead of painting!!
Since I’m renting I decided to use tape instead of paint. At first I was going to use electrical or duct tape but they left reside if left for a while. But this tape was great. Removed cleanly which helped a lot since I did these stripes freehand. I only used half the roll maybe less going to use the rest for my other door. The tape sticks strong on all edges.

I am a bonehead.
Well, I see it everywhere on the description part of the product: 1"x 55 yds. But did it sink in? Nooooooo. I just looked at the picture and figured it was a standard size roll of gaff tape. Well, it is but it's narrow. Again, 1-inch wide. Get out a ruler (like I should've done) and remind yourself how wide an inch is. This is not a complaint. This is not a flaw. It's me admitting to being a bonehead consumer not paying attention to the dimensions. Does the width matter? Not really, but I've been accustomed to rolls of gaffer tape in the 2-3" width and that's what I assumed I was buying. I'm a wee bit skeptical about the photo, though. It sure looks like a 2-inch wide roll. Other than that, it's good tape.... Having been in a production career most of my adult life I can attest to the fact that this is the real deal: real gaffing tape/gaffer's tape. Although it's somewhat on the 'cheaper' side of quality, it still functions like gaff tape should, sticking to stuff, or sticking stuff together and then not leaving any residue when removed, or having too heavy of adherence to whatever is being held by it. In other words, it comes off easy without damaging the "thing."

Angles Only?!
No matter what I do (other than using scissors), my just received Pro Gaff tape will not tear straight across -- angles only. Super frustrating because otherwise I like the tape, but . . . I need the ends to be straight-across, not slant angled. Didn't have this problem with the my first role of this exact same product back in 2020. Also don't have the problem with any other tearing tapes. Reluctant to try another role for fear of same issue (time matters), so prob have to buy a different brand.

Durable and Effective
We used this in our dance studio to tape our hardwood floors w/ 6’ socially distanced boxes for our students to stand in. We wet-wash our floors 5-6 days per week, and we also have several forms on dance take place including tap - and we have found this tape to hold up very well all things considered! We taped our floors at the end of July 2020, and we just had to re-tape some of the sections today from wear and tear. For the price and the ease of use, we will definitely keep this product for use in our studio spaces for the foreseeable future.
