Time will tell.

This jacket fits as expected. It fits over my body armor with enough room for free range of motion. The short cut is perfect for acess to my duty belt. The chest pockets are deep enough to hold a hard back notebook and secured with wide velcro strips. badge holder is not attached. It comes in a kit. I have only had the jacket for a few days. But it keeps me very warm in freezing temps and high winds. Shoulder epaulettes are stitched well enough to hold a radio mic. As to quality time will tell.
