Nice Product

This chair has been really good for use in my shop. I often set at my leather tooling bench for hours and this seat has been very helpful. I'm less sore when I get up than from my other conventional chairs. My only, very minor, complaint is the locking casters can be a hassle if moving around and they get bumped into the lock position.

I returned it because I wanted a ball chair with wheel locks and I found another that had them.

Still works/but not the best quality

Support bar for ball broke after a month of on/off use.

So Far, So Good.

I just received this yesterday (7/9/2020). It was easy to put together, no tools needed besides the tiny wrench and air filler they provided. When I aired up the ball it was too small, but I deflated by half and refilled like the instructions said and it's full size now. Soon as I sat in it I could tell it would help. (I have a desk job and sit long hours). Will update in a few months to tell y'all how it does.

Customer service was excellent

Product is just as described. At first I was sent the wrong size ball but the company was very helpful and quickly sent a replacement.

poor quality

I purchased 2 "CanDo 30-1796 ball stool" for the office. I have to pump both balls with air every morning. The balls leak air overnight... very inconvenient. The tools have casters with locking mechanism. This function does not work well. One of the casters keep locking on its own...again, very inconvenient. I passed my time line for the return so I am stuck with it. I would not recommend.

Nice, I use for my desk. The ball is smaller that I expected, but it fit the support nicely.

Not as described and Can't return

When I set up the chair, from the box, it was not as described. Sits really low and my shoulders were raised to high. Making it very uncomfortable. Sell won't let me return item so my hard earned money was waisted :(

Design fault with the wheel locking mechanisms

The stand is light weight and not as durable as the description led me to believe it would be. While on the ball, it is easy to accidentally kick the lock buttons down which means the unit doesn’t move well. Design fault.

Very disappointed

One of the two pins on each of the arms that hold the ball in place were broken. Also, the ball is way too small for any normal desk (I ended up having to buy a larger ball separately) and the wheel locks engage with the slightest touch. A little resistance would be good! Over,I definitely wouldn't recommend this purchase.
