Fits

Just what I needed to fit in an old narrow electrical box.

Fits where others won't and the light is not overly bright

While working on a 1950's vintage renovation, we found an outlet in the kitchen which should have been GFCI but was serviced with a normal outlet. Attempts to put in some of the standard GFCI outlets would not work because the outlet cover opening was too tight and either it would not fit or the screws might short to the metal. These outlets worked great in the tight opening and saved me a bunch in additional electrician bills. It has a dull green light which we prefer over the often overly bright lights in the other brands.

Blue light be aware

I hate the blue light and don’t think that was listed on description

Not narrow

I bought these because I needed a narrow GFI outlet. They're the same width as any other GFI outlet. The sketch shows it being 1.42" wide yet it is about 1.625". Maybe I was sent the wrong ones but they are going back.

Good New Up to Date

The kitchen counter had some old outlets that where loose and easily tripping. So when I had to find a replacement I went with what I thought was best. I gotta say I am very pleased with these and really should have done it sooner.
