Don’t Buy
These bags are POS’s. You can’t get them apart without ripping them because they aren’t perforated correctly. Bought a bunch of rolls, they are all the same. Find a different vendor.

Good as bags, but not compost
These work great for lining a deep compost bucket in the kitchen and I can carry it out no leakage and dump the contents in to my compost pile outside. However, I no longer put the bag itself in the compost pile because I found it doesn't readily decompose. I used to order these from a garden supply company and they'd charge me more plus shipping. The exact same bags were cheaper here.

Do not buy the BioBags in a roll with corrugations to tear off the bags - they are much less sturdy than the bags that you can buy individually in a box, I've had to throw away multiple bags because they have tears. Definitely not worth the money.

Keeps it clean
We have a stainless steel compost crock and never wanted to keep cleaning and washing it. We have purchased them for 6 years and still love them. Kids take them out to the compost bin and dump the whole thing in. All it takes is a wipe with a sponge and the crock is good to go. There seems to be a big discrepancy in manufacturer sizes of these bags. I have purchased from other sites (gardener's supply, others) and sometimes the bag just fits the crock, whereas these bags are more than big enough. Especially if you overfill it a bit, there is plenty of overflow room. If you compost appropriately in a bin, and till it occasionally, the corn starch of the bags will break down fine. Otherwise, it does take awhile to break down completely.

These Bags degrade more easily.
The bags are very fine plastic and won't hold the weight of the compost outside the container. This is good because the bags degrade more easily, but don't carry the bag alone to the compost pile. I recommend these bags.

Way better than the bags that came with my composter
Strong bags. Way better than the bags that came with my composter. They are large enough and don't leak.
