Bought "new" but definitely used

From scratches to fingerprints, some odd melted plastic looking thing on the glass and heavy burning inside the bulb. Nearly half the bulb is frosted over which usually doesn't happen for a bit of use. The amount of burning on the inside looks to be at least a full grow or maybe a return that snuck back into the new bulbs. Not even sure it'll strike, I'll find out tonight. My advise, stay away

Half the price but much less PAR and lumens than higher end bulbs. You get what you pay for I guess. Also 1 of the bulbs burned out after 2 weeks.

Shortest lifespan ever used. 1 use 30 days.

Used light for 30 days. Put it back in box. Last week tried to use and it ain't even fire up. I power lights are a little expensive for performance. I've never use a bulb with such a shirt life span. Only 1 use for 30 days?
