Good hi-flow faucet water filter
I like this product because the filters actually fit my existing filter. These filters are dense so I am confident that they actually work unlike most of the other products I have tried recently. The only issue with the actual product is that the chrome around the area where it unscrews from the seat of the filter has already started to disintegrate, and I don't know why that would be the case? it is only in one area but that area is about two inches wide. I am wondering if the chrome plating is too thin? If the company wishes to contact me, I will provide a photo.

Excellent product and even better customer service
When I received my faucet filter from iSpring the adapters were missing, I thought oh no. I called customer service and someone actually answered the phone. I spoke with Nick, and not only did he listen, he apologized, and within three days I had the adapters. My wife really likes this filter, she could not use the previous filter, the filter had a pull out knob, and it was difficult for her to use, This filter had a large turn handle, much easier to use. Thanks go out to Nick and iSpring for your help.

Easy install
Had no issues installing this system. Water tastes good and the family is happy... Only suggestion is it needs a low flow screen as part of the system.

Missing soft washer
The installation appeared straight-forward. I have an external thread kitchen faucet, and I simply screwed in the perfectly-fitting threaded sleeve on the filter. Feeling momentarily competent, I turned on the water, expecting the new filter to work perfectly. No fewer than a dozen narrow streams of water exploded out of the threaded sleeve with a violence reminiscent of the destruction of the Death Star. The dog was not amused. My wife was less so. Feeling momentarily humiliated, I removed the little beastie and examined the sleeve. It was fitted with a single hard, plastic washer. Seeking to regain the respect of dog and wife, I began searching the kitchen junk-drawer for a soft faucet washer. My peripheral vision was drawn to the irrelevant internal-thread adapter that was laying discarded upon the kitchen counter. The perfect washer--soft, flexible, and of perfect fit--was resting inside the adapter that was destined for the trash can. I put the soft washer in the filter assembly's threaded sleeve, installed and tightened the filter, and turned on the water. Perfection! The volume of water produced by this filter is impressive. It is not the characteristic dribble that one learns to expect from most filters. I like the 500-gallon capacity. No more rushing off to Home Depot to buy a new filter every two months. The instructions are brief and incomprehensible, and I believe that the marketing of a very good product would be vastly improved by ensuring that the installation instructions are user-friendly and that a proper soft faucet washer is included inside the filter's threaded sleeve.

I-Spring Fits on Japan Faucet
I bought this filter at Amazon US and had it shipped to Japan. The filter was easily installed on my Japanese Toto tkgg30e/12725e0946d faucet without using the included adapter. This faucet has a 24mm diameter round aerator (the mesh disc screwed into the thread in the faucet spout, which water filters through). It's too new to assess the filter performance, but we're forced to give a star rating. So I've given a five. But, I want to share some things that surprised me. The water flows exceptionally fast...as if no filter is attached. The instruction sheet says to let the water flow through the filter for one minute before using/drinking. I let it flow for two minutes at high force after seeing the black soot that initially flowed. Afterwards, I drank a sip and was initially fine. But, noticed my throat hurt later. Brita instructs their filter users to soak their filters and to rinse before using. I wonder if I poisoned myself given this company does not provide an explanation of all the material in their filter. Perhaps it's best to let water flow through the filter longer before drinking water from it. The instruction sheet needs tweaking. The font is too small, e.g. 6 point. The low resolution images and content errors made me question if this filter is produced in the States (qualities common to products I've purchased and discovered they were from China) despite the US contact information in it. The manual refers to an image that doesn't exist "the image above on the right shows an aerator of a faucet." Also, "universal faucet adapter...shown above on the left" when the image is actually to the left, and not at all above. The thumbnail images in the usage recommendations section are difficult to understand they're so tiny and unclear. Finally, consumers are warned not to clean the filter housing with detergents, chemicals, etc. Given its on the kitchen faucet, I'm concerned about dish soap coming into contact with it.

Best faucet filter I have found.
The price of the faucet filter is very reasonable considering the impressive quality of the product.Filter was easy to install and the operation simple. The taste of the water through the filter was a bit disappointing but I found out that if I reduced the pressure slightly the taste improved significantly. Anyway, I highly recommend this product after trying Brita which, in my opinion, is an inferior product due to its leaks and short lifespan. Pur faucet filters are a better product but I found the cartridges are not easy to install and are also hard to find.

Great product
So simple and works wonderfully! No leaks, can filter warm and hot water, which I drink in the morning. It actually has increased my water pressure, both for the filtered and unfiltered spouts.

Stay FAR away from this.
This is a bait and switch. The replacement filters cost almost as much as I originally paid for this and have long delivery times, and that was NOT the case when I originally purchased this. Interestingly, replacements for its other more expensive filters are available easily on Prime. Stay far away from iSpring. This company is clearly not honest. And by the way, this filter unit DOES leak.

High water flow
I needed to replace a Brita filter that leaked badly through the casing and saw this unit had good reviews. I am amazed at the high water flow through it. I’ve only had it two weeks so can’t speak to filter life or unit longevity, but very happy with it so far. It screwed directly onto our tap, so no need for an adapter and very easy to install. I didn’t put in a rating for ‘sheerness’ as I have no idea what that means in relation to a water filter!
