It’s the same as any of those flat “pillow” replacement in-soles.

It’s exactly the same as any of the other flat, basic, in-soles, some of them you find anywhere in any of your local stores, some of them may say “odour resistant” or whatever, it’s exactly the same as the one that have a little bit of cushion but not much. Nothing special. It’s very flat. And that’s fine for some, and for certain types of shoes. But if you need arch support or something firmer, get something else.

Pretty solid replacement insoles for my Xero Shoes but they don't stay in place

I got these insoles to replace the stock insoles in my Xero Shoes Aptos. I trimmed them down to the appropriate size but I found that no matter what socks I wore, the insoles don't stay in place. They slide around would cause my socks to slide off my feet while wearing my shoes. I'd highly recommend getting something like Shoe Goo to adhere the insoles to the inside of your shoes. Otherwise, I feel like these insoles deliver.

Slide in the shoe

These pads fit well, we’re easy to trim to size, and feel good for a minimal pad inside a dress shoe. The issue is that the pads slide inside the shoe so it bunches up at the toes.

These are perfect if you are looking for thin shoe inserts without arch supports. Can be used as a replacement insert or placed under existing inserts to provide a little more support.
