Stratasorb Composite Island Dressing has four distinct layers designed to cover all stages of wound care. Same ones as the hospitals

I got these because they were the same as the ones in the hospital. I highly recommend for large surgical areas.

Took too long to receive & didn't stick to the area around the wound for long

My husband had knee replacement surgery and wanted something to cover his wound area when we were out and about. I thought this product would be great for covering the area and giving him a small feeling of security (not allowing dirt or dust to come in contact with the surgical area around his knee. I'm giving it a 3-star rating because 1) it took over 3-WEEKS to get this item (much too long for someone waiting to receive it in order to use it) and 2) the adhesive on the item was not strong enough to stay on the leg. It gets a good rating for being long enough to completely cover the incision, but I'm not sure I would buy this product again; I'll just pay more and go to the pharmacy and buy a better product.

Was perfect size.

This was the perfect size for my spouse’s knee surgery incision. The pad needed to be changed daily and this was the only size large enough to cover the entire stitched area.

these are not fantastic. spouse had an open wound and I used ...

these are not fantastic. spouse had an open wound and I used these to cover it so that she could shower without concern around infection from potential infection from water (we are on a well...and the water is not chlorinated). they did not stick well and allowed water in. look at the 3m products instead. They have some saran wrap looking stuff that works fabulous
