Looks used and the camera version or images is upside down the rotation icon is not working and it’s hard to connect with phone on the steps of scanning the barcode.

Does not remotely pan/tilt/zoom. Description is misleading

Picture quality is really clear. I ordered this to use while out of town because the Amazon description said remote pan/tilt/zoom or something along those lines. It does not have that feature. 3 stars because of the misleading description on the seller’s behalf, monitor is great no problems.

The monitor loses connection like crazy!

The media could not be loaded. NOT WORTH THE $100 but does an okay job. The monitor does NOT require Wi-Fi as it uses the signal of the camera. It’s supposed to have a 1,000 ft rage but I can be less than 50 ft away and it will drop all connection and freezes up and lags. Eventually it comes back but I have to do a reset every few days. It also is a MANUAL rotation camera. You can’t rotate the camera from the controls on the parent monitor. The camera does swivel when you adjust it yourself. Also monitor MUST stay plugged in most of the day or it will die quickly. It has about 3/4hr battery life with video on. I have attached a video of the monitor dropping signal for almost 20 seconds. In the background you can hear the music (meaning I’m not far at all), and it occurs primarily when my baby is moving or talking

Fine-But HORRIBLE APP QUALITY

Overall fine baby monitor. A little laggy on the actual monitor. I got this for my second child after they no longer sold the Motorola Halo. The monitor is fine but the app is HORRIBLE. I cannot see my son at all. The Hubble app is so much better. I am truly disappointed. I would return if I didn’t throw out the packaging.

Too pixelated

Not what I expected.

"Pan and tilt" means you can adjust the physical camera but control nothing from the parent unit. Unlike other units in the same price range where you can actually control the camera remotely. The cheap unit we were using before had the same form of "pan and tilt." Returned it and bought a different unit that had actual pan and tilt for nearly the same price.

Had 2 in the last year and both stopped working

I had my first one for a year and then the monitor kept losing the picture and wouldn’t connect back to the camera no matter how many times we reset it and tried to fix it. The second one I got stopped working after a month. When the picture turns off (when not plugged in) it loses connection until I turn the screen back on and then the volume stopped working. I tried resetting it, turning it off, etc. but the volume will not come back. It is extremely frustrating.
