These are made well and worked well.
The very cold winter before I bought these, I lost a rose bush, a butterfly bush and my crepe myrtle almost died. The rose bush kind of came back and struggled along all year. So, I got these shrub jackets and covered the rose bush and c myrtle and one other. All three shrubs made it through the winter just fine. I am in East TN and in an area that is quite cold and gets more snow than surrounding area. The rose bush came out and bloomed profusely this year. (It used to be a yellow rose but it bloomed red this year) and, the c myrtle is totally fine and healthy now. The jackets were not hard to put on and they stayed on all winter, through wind and snow....EXCEPT one did blow off once in some extreme wind. I found it in the yard, put it back on and secured it a little better with a couple of landscape staples. They are definitely reusable. They folded up nicely each spring and are stored in the bag they came in. I plan to order the larger size this fall, since my shrubs have grown.

Not that easy to put on shrubs
We purchased these to protect our shrubs from deer as we live in the country and they sheer the arborvitae each winter. I measured the shrubs, but suggest you go larger if in doubt. There is a draw string at the top to cinch up the top, but several of our strings were sewn through the seam and wouldn't allow us to gather them. We managed to make them work with the help of some bungie cords. So far the deer seem to avoid them.

East to put on.
Easy to put on and stays on even in strong wind.

It's just a sheet with a couple of drawstrings
These are just not great. It's a sheet with 3 ties and some hard-to-use drawstrings that will never close all the way. There is no built in mechanism to secure them to the ground. No loops for stakes or spots to put bricks. Not pressed

Great for the price!
I have a large star gardenia bush and the medium shrub jacket was way too small, but I just tied two together and got exactly what I wanted. (See photo.) Great quality. Provided we don't get too much snow, I think they will last through the winter and look 100 times better than the ugly burlap I used to wrap this shrub with. The other review says the ties won't last and there weren't enough ties, but you can always staple it together in more places -- that's what I used to do with the burlap.

some design flaws
The thin ribbon-like ties on the side aren't going to hold up past a season or 2 in the wintery outdoors, so that's a deal-breaker for me. And there really should be one more tie -- 3 down the side isnt enough to reliably close the jacket around the shrub. It gets three stars because they werent that expensive but there's better choices out there than this one.

Solved my problem
Exactly as described, easy to put on. Only drawback is the side ties which do not stay tied unless you knot or pin them, but worth the effort.
