Terrific non-stick surface

Making grilled cheese sandwiches is actually fun with this great griddle. It's kind of heavy to wash though.

Great griddle but...

This griddle performs great. Great non-stick surface and thick bottom cooks my pancakes evenly. Comfortable handle and not heavy. My only negative precluding this from a five star rating is the high angle of the handle, which makes storage in my limited cabinet space problematic.

The media could not be loaded. This is my 1st time making my homemade pancakes on this grill, I always use cooking spray && this grill is fab!!! I've made grilled cheese & turkey bacon....both great. I prefer my Sunnyside eggs in a frying pan instead of a grill, but.....scrambled & such is a go!????

I bought this for my husband to make his pancakes. He loves it! Easy to store, wipes clean and makes perfect pancakes.

Works ok but not durable

Only used the pan a few times and it is starting to show. Not what I expected from a hard anodized pan. We use pans gently so was disappointed that they are already showing wear.

Cooks everything the best

Great for bacon, omlets, cooks perfect burgers!! So great. Never use metal on it. If it gets scratched it’s toxic. Use Plastic and rubber and cloth only in its surface. Great technology!! Love it!!

I have a couple of pieces of Rachel Ray's cookware (Circulon), so I was delighted to find a griddle bearing her name. However, it cooks way too hot (had stove top at 3 for bacon) which burned multiple pieces of my bacon. The temperature doesn't seem to hold true throughout the griddle so 4 eggs don't cook simultaneously. Cleans super easy but I prefer my cookware to give a performance in cooking more so. My primary cookware is Analon. Analon is a step above Circulon but still manufactured by the same company. I expect this latest cookware bearing Rachel Ray's name is made by a different company. I cannot recommend this griddle.
