Great for the money
I had an instant water heater that was name brand and a lot more expensive, after only a few years it quit working and leaked. After some research, I found all of these go out fairly quickly compared to most common appliances and even quicker if you don’t put an under sink water filter in. All being said, we love ours so decided to replace it. This unit was half the cost of the name brand we originally had and I’m glad I gave it a chance. Overall, performs just as well and I really like the taller faucet for filling cups and pots. Cons: The instructions leave a lot to be desired. No descriptions of any kind just pictures. It’s not overly complicated so wasn’t a big deal but a general knowledge of plumbing will help. I cut the small white tube it came with in half and used it both for the supply and the supply from the faucet to the tank. Adding a Tvalve with a disconnect after the water filter allowed me to filter the water to both the instant hot water and our regular sink. It also allowed me to add a compression fitting to connect the plastic line that comes with the unit, so I didn’t have to buy a piece of 1/4” copper supply. The way the faucet connects is rather difficult. The concept, which would allow for install from about the counter, would be nice but the execution of the pivot bracket lacks. Don’t do what I did and strip out the threads, climb underneath and make sure your bottom bracket is good and flat so the bolts line up proper. I’m the end, knocked a star for a couple minor things but I recommend this unit. The digital read out is nice and we love the filtered hot and cold water. A Waterdrop in-line filter is a must add on for this set up though. Would buy again

Great customer service
Had a tanked that developed a leak. Contacted the company who asked for proof. Once provided I had a replacement in two days. Great to see a company stand behind its product. I also like this unit as you can adjust temperature one degree at a time to your liking and not guess with a dial.

Very nice water heater, but faucet leakes
The media could not be loaded. This is heater is very convenient for getting instant hot water. The feature we like the most is the dual water connection so dispensing cold water with the same faucet. But the faucet drips even fully shut down, so there must be a leak in the vulve…

Not quite as easy to install as some say!
We have a 54 year old double wide mobile home, still very nice, I think because I had a on older home and maybe not much room with the garbage disposal and a 190 Hot Shot before it made the installation a lot harder! Got it installed after buying another Compression Fitting (it took two), and a new cold water line saddle, only because I thought it might leak. It looks great and works fine! Had read where a person had to order a new power cord, I did and it already had one installed!

Don't forget you'll need a tee valve that can hold the 1/4" water supply tube.
It's good.. Mine went missing on it's way from Amazon, and then I found out I could buy them at costco, so I did. It's clearly nicely made.. In fact a little nicer and heavier than my full time faucet, making the high-ish cost feel like money well spent. I tried at first to use the Frizzlife suggested water filter with this kit and it turned into a nightmare trying to split their odd 9/16th pressure fit water hose and get it to supply a 1/4" plastic hose connector. In the end I found that a quick connect in line filter already has 1/4" connects built in and I really wish they hadn't suggested I pair the two. It was a very poor match, compatibility-wise. I instead bought an in line that natively uses a 1/4" quick connect, so in stall is as simple as shutting off your water spigot for the hot water dispenser, cutting the line, and then pushing each end of the hose into the new quick connector on the filter. Done. If you stick to the lines they supply, it really is as easy as finding a t valve with a spigot to grab the 1/4" hose line, and that is it. You screw that onto your main water supply line, stick the hose in, and the rest installs like a normal faucet. The only negative I have is that even after flushing the tank several times, I can still taste a plastic flavor in the water. I'm wondering if I can't find a better alternative to the silicone hot water feed tube, because it's really spoiling an otherwise excellent product and tastes like it is that causing it. *EDIT* After flushing the tank several times, the taste has completely gone. Yay. There is a pause before the water comes out. This is because the hot water line isn't pressured. It's so you don't turn it on to a sudden explosion of boiling water. It also means you don't get the now cold section of still filled water line before the tank heated water reaches the end. Really good so far, but removing one star for the water flavor at the moment. I'm hoping it will run in and go away.

High quality and ingenious/easy faucet installation
Very high quality. Keeps water at displayed temperature and you can raise it to 208 degrees without constant steam and droplets being released. Ingenious method for installing and tightening faucet. It is tightened from above so you don't have to lay under the sink and tighten a plastic nut while someone else is holding the faucet from twisting out of position. Locking feature of faucet handle is well-designed and functions easily.

Works nice, would get manual dial next time.
Works well, Instant hot water, dual tap for the money is great. The digital version does not come back on after power outage. I would actually consider manual dial version next time and even consider power timer off during the night to save energy. The unit is warm to the touch so there is a bit of power consumption all the time (equivalent to 60w lightbulb?).

Good value, can’t live without it!
Highly recommended! If you make coffee/tea/cooking everyday like me, you should buy this set. Water tastes good, time saving, excellent value and works like a charm.
