Works Great, be sure to use the included pressure regulator...

I was originally hesitate on this unit due to the many seriously bad reviews regarding leakage. After looking for something else, i was finding this to be the ONLY Cold and insta-hot oil-rubbed bronze dispenser on the market. So gave it a try... works great. I suspect all those with problems was due to not installing the pressure regulator.... Cheers :-)

heater fails

very disappointed in this unit. the hot water stopped heating up after 2 months of use.

Instant hot and cold bliss

The heater and faucet work great. I added a InSinkErator filter to the supply line for a perfect system.

I have this product and am on the 4th set of valves. There is some issue with the internal valves, and the keep failing. Sometimes they flow no water, sometimes they wont shut off. Westbrass 'lifetime' warrant is actually only 1 year, and after the first set of replacement valves, they have been a huge pain in the butt to work with. When it works, it works great. I would find another manufacturer.
