Wood Sealer

Sealer works well. It cleans easily with water and doesn't have a bad odor like other sealers. Price could be a little cheaper compared to other brands but still good product.

Water based trash

Does not penetrate the wood surface so worthless as a sanding sealer.

Not too my liking

Sealer applies thick and white, then dries clear- not sure how well it penetrates, but coating on top is thick and holds brushmarks.

Varathane Sanding Sealer

Applies thick and white although it dries clear. Does not allow poly wipe on finishes well. Other products easier to apply and accept a better finish coat.
