Works well but send in a single container!

I mean it’s maybe better for the environment in terms of the actual compounds going into our waste water, but the multitude of tiny plastic bottles is silly and counter their mission to be more ecofriendly.

Glassware looks like it was handwashed.

I live in an area with moderately hard water, and so have to use rinse aid if I don't want my glasses to have a film on them. The dishwasher is set to dispense a little more than the default amount because of the hard water. Anyway, I've tried the major brands before and there would be this weird sour smell on the glasses that would linger long after they dried. Sometimes I would have to do a quick rinse in order to not smell them while drinking out of them. I switched to Seventh Generation and not only was the sour smell gone, but the glasses came out super clear and shiny. It's great.

It works

Even our new dishwasher can leave spots. The owner's manual recommends a rinse aid, and the dishwasher even came with a free sample. My wife, however, really likes Seventh Generation products, so I told her to buy this product to try. We use a number of Seventh Generation household products, They are a very good company, but to be completely honest, their products don't always work all that well. I love their laundry detergent and dish washing liquid, but found their dishWASHER product to be wanting. Other products just worked better. The rinse aid, however, does work, which is why a bought a 9-pack from Amazon after giving it a try at home. If the price were better, I'd give it a full five stars, but price does factor into my rating. It works, but it's a little pricey, though not exorbitant. Bottom line: If you like buying "green," give it a try. It does what it's supposed to do. I will continue to buy it, always looking for the best price, of course.

Good natural option

I can tell when my dishwasher has run out of this, so I take that as a good sign that it’s working. I’m not sure how natural and safe it is but I have liked seventh generation products in the past and this one is no different. It’s a good product.

Works great in our Bosch dishwasher

Works great in our Bosch dishwasher. The only downside is that it’s clear and in our last dishwasher, a Whirlpool, it was difficult to see how much rinse aid was still in the dishwasher. But our Bosch has a “add rinse aid” indicator light so that I always know when to add more before it gets too low. We use unscented Ecover dishwashing detergent and this combo works well. Both products are nontoxic and septic safe.
