The No-Wire 703170001 assembled walker basket attaches to the horizontal and vertical bars of a medical walker, either on the inside or outside. The stabilizing arms are retractable, and lock onto the legs of the walker to eliminate excess swinging for stability. The front of the basket has a slot for an identification tag and the bottom of the basket has a built-in cup holder, a small compartment for coins or medications and a trough for quick access to items such as utensils, pens, or eyeglasses. The basket is black polypropylene. The basket measures 8-3/4 x 16-1/4 x 8-1/4 inches (22.2 x 41.3 x 21 cm) (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) Holds a lot!

My mother fell and I wanted to hook up her walker for her so she could bring things from her bedroom to the living room and use her walker. It fits great and still has room for a pocket inside the walker, and two side pockets. Her walker is outfitted to hold lots now.

A must have for every portable aluminum walker

My mother needed a means to carry her portable oxygen tank while using her walker. This basket is roomy enough to hold her oxygen tank, a drink and her pocketbook. This light weight plastic basket is perfect. It's so light, an infant can pick it up. It doesn't need any hardware or tools to attach it to an ordinary aluminum walker. Pop it on, pop it off. A great feature when folding the walker, to fit in a car trunk. It's very secure when attached. The gray color makes it look like it came with the walker.

Not for collapsing/folding Walkers

Its sturdy! we wired it to the walker because the hinge on the walker prevents the basket from hooking on the bars. It held up great with just the floral wire holding it on the walker. So don't buy this if your walker folds flat!

Not worth the money I paid for.

The sliders that was suppose to pull out could not pull out, I had to file around the holes to pull them out-------NOT GOOD, I hope they work when I try them on the walker.

Walker basket

This is the second one I've ordered for my handicapped son. So now he has one at his group home and one at our home for when he visits. Also, doesn't break like the metal baskets do.

Beware, walker might not fold up with this basket installed

You can't see exactly how this basket fits from the only picture. More pictures should be shown. This basket fits well on the walker with only 1 cross bar. It might not fit on walkers with 2 cross bars. The basket is slanted, not straight up-and-down. So the bottom rear edge of the basket sticks backward into the area of the lower cross bar. Even more importantly, since the bottom rear edge sticks backward like that, the walker can no longer be folded flat. This makes it difficult to fold it and put it in a vehicle.
