Does not seal completely, leaks water

I only bought this for the shower handle because I have hard water and my white shower floor turns orange. I put a filter on the shower head and this on the handheld. It works but it leaks. It has significantly reduced the orange in my shower. However, it does not seal completely using a rubber washer that's supplied and Teflon tape it still has a small trickle out of where it connects. I gave it 2 stars across the board. It's easy to install but it doesn't seal. It's not great value for the money if it doesn't seal. Its easy to use except it doesn't seal.

Does Not Filter Chlorine

Our community water system has way too much chlorine in it sometimes. The description of this filter says it filters chlorine. It actually filters very little chlorine out, if any at all. All it really did was slow my water pressure to a drip.
