High quality

Easy to install and works wonderfully! The only parts we needed to purchase were a small clamp for the 3/8" silicone outlet hose and a brass 3/8" T for the cold water inlet braided hose line. We plugged it into a timer on a 10 gauge extension cord, so that it doesn't run all night.

Quality as advertised.

We had an instant hot water heater and dispenser from another company. The valve in the dispenser faucet stuck open. This whole unit was less expensive than buying just the faucet for the other brand. It was easy to install and all the necessary fittings were in the box.

If you want a room temperature water dispenser then this is what you are looking for. As soon as you easier the temperature above the lowest level, it leaks constantly. Could have gotten that from the regular faucet

Horrible

We ordered a Westbrass Instant Hot Water Dispenser two and a half years ago. Within three months the bottom of the tank emptied all over the cabinet under our sink. They only warranty their items for 12 months, and even with it being under warranty it was a difficult experience to get it replaced. We did get a new tank, and that new tank has now broken in the same manner as the first one. It has been less than two years with this unit, and the customer service department was no help at all this time. We paid $450 for the unit at the time of purchase, and I am terrible disappointed that this company feels that 12 months is a great timeframe for an item of that expense to last. I asked to speak to a manager at customer service to visit with them about how disappointed I am with the way they stand behind their products, and the manager refused to even take my call. Horrible customer service and a subpar product. The only good thing about it was that it is beautiful. I would not purchase another item made by Westbrass, and I would encourage you to look at other brands.
