Weak upper clip
The Acre ultra light walker is great but, due to it's unique design, VERY FEW accessories are compatible with it. I needed a cane holder to use for some activities, so I bit the bullet & got Acre's. IF the upper clip was sturdier, I would give it 5 stars, but it's hold on the cane is VERY light. It comes with 2 sizes. You choose the one that best fits your cane. I chose the smaller because my carbon fiber cane has a small shank. The clip fits perfectly, but the slightest bump can knock the cane loose because of the weak clip. I put the larger clip on just to try with one of my wood canes & it was worse. So- i just have to be very careful & not get near anything that might bump the cane. As an aside, There is no cup holder available by Acre as an accessory. I've looked & looked & tried a few "fit all" types, (none worked) I've wound up making one that works perfect, very easy to install & remove. & could be made by someone with some basic shop skills & a few metal working tools. I modified the aluminum clamp portion of an Eisco Labs Burette Clamp (from Amizon), & made new mounting screw holes in a Top Cabin bicycle water bottle cage. I figured what angle to cut the end of the aluminum clamp, drilled & tapped 2 #10-32 screw holes & attached the bottle cage. I sprung it open a little to fit my coffee mug.

Innovative construction, misses the mark.
It’s very expensive. The cane falls off when you fold the walker. The two pieces are easily knocked off the walker when a cane is not attached. There were no instructions included. The walker is an absolute gem. The cane holder, not so much.

Very odd
I understand why other reviewers have problems. It took me a while to figure out where the clips fit. That's fun for morning puzzles, but not for accessories. And the clips do seem quite weak. The image shows a bamboo walking stick in position .. that seems okay, but I use a solid wood walking cane and foresee problems. I also foresee problems with lost clips. I am going to have to remember to pocket them since the only thing holding them in place is gravity, and when I fold my walker to put it in the trunk they can easily be lost.

Cane holder
Cane holder pieces fall off easy. I don’t like that when I fold the walker, either the bottom part or top, or both fall. You do know, this walker is for people like me that can’t be bending down easily to pick piece off the ground, right? Also, the price of $45 is crazy! Unfortunately the way the walker is made, couldn’t find other cane holders for it.
